At Gelato Pique, we want you to feel the comfort of our signature fabrics; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
